Because stickers and similar small items are sold at low cost and can't be resold once opened, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We want you to love what you ordered, though — if something isn't right, please reach out and we'll do our best to help.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll happily send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.
Mistakes happen, even with Milkdrop double-checking every package! If your order arrives with the wrong item or something missing, let us know and we'll sort it out quickly — no need to send anything back.
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes if the order hasn't been packed yet, but can't guarantee changes once an order is marked as packing or shipped.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
